Ceylon Black Tea
Camellia sinensis
Grown in the high-altitude estates of Sri Lanka's Central Highlands, Ceylon black tea is prized globally for its bright, brisk character, natural golden colour and rich antioxidant profile. We use a full-leaf grade for clean, clear brewing.
Ceylon Cinnamon
Cinnamomum zeylanicum
True Ceylon cinnamon — indigenous to Sri Lanka — is sweeter, more delicate and lower in coumarin than Cassia. It provides a gentle, natural warmth and sweetness to the cup without overpowering the tea. The name Ceymona is our tribute to this legendary spice.

How to brew

Excellent with or without milk. The cinnamon note gets richer with a slightly longer steep.

Boil water Use freshly boiled water at 95–100 °C for full extraction.
Add tea bag Place one Ceymona bag in your favourite mug or teapot.
Steep 3–4 min 3 minutes for a lighter cup. 4 minutes reveals more cinnamon depth.
Remove & enjoy Wonderful black. Also excellent with a dash of milk or your preferred plant milk. No added sugar needed.
